Default Front suspension Binding up

After doing some suspension work to my integra I have noticed a slight problem. I converted it to a 5 lug and was riding on stock ITR springs and struts. I traded my stock ITR springs and struts to my buddy for his tein s-tech springs and stock struts and he threw in some skunk 2 camber kits. When taking my stock springs/struts out, I had a really hard time getting the lower bolt out of the fork(which holds the spring/strut to the lca). It just seems like its binded up. So I swapped the springs and camber kits out, and then I had a hard time getting the new stuff back together. It only happened on the passenger side of my car.

Has anyone had a similar problem with their suspension being binded up like this. I dont think its the upper control arm because I swapped the stock ones out for the skunk 2 ones. Im leaning towards the fact that my LCA or my front sway bar is bent. The car needs an alignment but I really dont think that an alignment would make the suspension hard to work on like this.

Please give me some feedback!!!

probably didn't want to come out because the sway bar was keeping some tension on the LCA.

I wouldn't worry about it.

I know there are some suspension freaks out here that would love to chime in on this.

you already got your answer. if you would have disconnected your swaybar before touching the shocks you wouldn't have had any problems.
