rear caliper rebuild?

Good morning there in H-T land......

I purchased a rear caliper rebuild kit. I know how the come apart, my question is has anybody had good results from rebuilding theirs instead of buying new calipers?
I have a DA rear disk conversion.

it was only $14.03 for the kit. I think thats cheaper than $100.00 for calipers.

i searched a couple of thread,type rebuilding calipers(archieved)
