Default VSS SWAP??? F22B IACV + EGR

Hello all. Just did a F22B into a 91 Accord LX auto. I'm using the P39 ECM. The VSS is flashing a code but the speedo works fine. Any thoughts? Would it have something to do with km/h versus mph? Should I use the one from the original Accord trans.? Also getting the EGR code and IACV code. I believe all of these are codes 12,14,17. Well, the EGR is hooked up and all seems well, any thoughts? The IACV is working just fine. The car idles nicely when cold, when it warms up and when ever I put an load on the motor (A/C, power steering, etc.). Have I overlooked something? The car seems to run great and then the CEL comes on after a few minutes of driving. The only thing I don't have hooked up is the Intake Air Bypass. I'm still working on that, but I'm not getting any CEL's for that. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but no. I'm getting the speedo to read, yet I'm still getting a VSS error code.
