Default installing racing header

when installing racing header do you need a exhaust gasket or is it optional.
im installing jrrh so its going to be exhaust to test pipe

Yeah, you and going to need the proper sized donut gasket, and maybe the one that goes in between the cat and the catback. And more than likely your going to have to unbolt your sway bar to fit the header flange up to the cylinder head.

Yeah spray the endlinks a day or so in advance. I got my gasket from autozone for $3.

Ideally, you'd want to use gaskets where the pipes join up to each other but it can be done with out if your feeling ghetto. Just make sure you use something like exhaust cement to seal in any leaks.
