my buddy has a 91 accord that redlines at 4500 rpm , we try changing the ecu but still redlines at 4500. any help is appreciated..

What do you mean it redlines at 4500? The transmission (automatic) shifts at 4500, or the engine refuses to go above that? The redline mark on the tachometer certainly didn't move??????

 

ooppppppppsss sorry about that... the car wont go past 4500 rpm on parking or driving.
car will rev at 4500 rpm
