Eh3 one driver, on passenger, b16a, intake is only mod

Rx-8, stock, new off the lot.

both cars are manual.

Anyone think the b16 could take the rx8? just curious, not very important, just was wondering =]

my stripped b18 vx took a rx 8, honestly i have no idea how much power those thing have, i just chocked it up to the rx8's driver sucks ***.

these "car vs. car" scenarios never mean much, most people out there have no idea how to properly launch their car, if you can start with a 1-2 car length advantage then you eliminate the difference in power.

but on the highway i'm sure you'd get your *** handed to you.

 

rx8 RWD with 3100 lbs . 232@8500 rpm Torque 159@5500rpm (foot-lbs)
eh3 hatch FWD is much lighter with around 2300 lbs tops. 160 hp or 170 hp jdm. i would say . it is a tight match.

Well, i was just curious because i was calmy driving around town yesterday, pulled in to fill up at skunk station (94 octane =]) and an rx8 had been following me for a few blocks. He follows me in, exits the other end, and zooms off, didnt look very quick.
