Ok i have a 1998 civic witha b16a3 in it. I just got it out from being stored in winter and vtec wont work. So i was driving it around and got it to running temp and nothing. So then turned my key off waited a second turned back on and it would kick on until you let it go below were vtec should engage or let off the throttle then it wont kick on again. I have put the ecu in my buddys car and it workds great ive checked wiring and it all seems to be right but since it worked all last year and i didnt change anything over winter. I pulled of my oil pressure switch and cleaned the screen and the solienod clicks when 12 volts of power is going to it what could it be? please help
