Straight Line Specialties HELP ME OUT PLEASE!!!
Straight Line Specialties has had my top mount header and my t67 since about july/august of 2007. I just paid for my 4" intercooler core, hot pipe, and Tial 38mm wastegate. A couple weeks ago, I called on the status on my stuff, and they said the intercooler core was on back order. Now, they haven't been answering their phones for almost two weeks for me, with no new updated message saying they are out of the shop on vacation, etc. I've left them at least three messages via voicemail and one via email, with no response still. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME GET A HOLD OF THEM!!!! I'm not trying to start anything, I just want to change a couple things with my stuff. After all, the have almost $1000 of my money, and over $1500 worth of my parts. Thanks in advance for any help.
Also, I don't know if this is the best place for this. Feel free to move it in a better spot if need be.

You sent us your stuff a long *** time ago w/ no contact info no return phone # etc. You finally called a few weeks ago and setup payment arrangments.
If you've called you haven't left any messages for us to retun the call. I see you just sent an e-mail which has been replied to.
And yes i've contacted the core supplier and they are still waiitng for them to come in, they were supposed to have arrived last week. I just spoke w/ them yesterday. We are also wiaitng on 24x8's.
Tepid, the other core i had was a 24x12x4.5.

Yes I did send my stuff a long time ago. I did send you my contact info, as whoever I just spoke to on the phone confirmed for me. I paid for the work on 02-19-08. I've asked numerous times for an invoice never to recived anything. And I was told that they were getting return by the email provider for an unknown reason.
Anyway, I wish I could navigate this forum, but it's nothing like any of the other boards on. I cannot even fricken find the PM's. I appreciate whoever I spoke to at SLS putting my mind at ease. I think it was Mike, not positive. Just please email me an invoice to:

Actually this week has been difficult i got a guy out all week for surgery and my other guy was sick mon, tues, and wed. I made posts in all my vendor threads explaining what was going on this week and to e-mail me and i'd get back to everyone soon as i could.

I'll give them till tomorrow or friday. I've been past my boiling point. Nick likes to say he has no time to talk to me over the phone, PM's, email, etc. but has all the time in the world to bump his classified threads. What a joke.
Update: As of the 22nd, Nick told me I would get a full refund and my header is already boxed up and shipped back to me. I'll let you guys know when everything is settled.
good luck, it took over two weeks to get my refund after purchasing two manifolds and a collector... i apparently bought a manifold that was sold to another dealer several months earlier but it was never sent to him and sold to me as well, i never got it though.
UPDATE: I got the header back, but no word on when I'm going to get my 3" vband clamp or flange back. They were shipped intact with the turbo when I originally shipped the turbo and header. Get back to my PM Nick please.
