why cai over aem?
CAI = cold air intake. The Comptech Icebox and AEM are both cold air intakes because they draw air from outside the engine bay. The difference is that the AEM is a long tube intake, and the Icebox a short tube. There is less risk of hydrolock with the Comptech Icebox. Short tube intakes are better for throttle response and the Icebox produces better low and mid range gains than the AEM. Get whatever one makes you happy.

AEM is very loud, its good to scare off the ricers and peeps in minivans. It does help I guess... but will attract alot of attention if your in a small town (like PY don't)

enjoy your CAI which ever one you get.
they all produce a wee bit of power but not enough to fight over...

dude guys, just answer his question man...or there will be another AEM vs Comptech again...

The price range for AEM CIA and for ITR are around 240-250, the only different it'll make i believe is shipping. Or you can try to ask around see if anyone selling used
