96 Sol Clock Problem

96 Sol Clock Problem
Hey I recently bought a 96 Del Sol and the in-cluster clock is causing me some problems. When the headlights are off I can't see anything. When the headlights are on it's very faint and when I reset or change the time it lights up some more. What might be causing this? Also what fusebox loop is the clock in?
