You'll get pulled over (most likely) if you're at WOT past/near a cop. Other than that, I think you're fine

I had the skunk2 mega power on my del sol. L know it was carb legal and all that crap, but like elohel if the cops feel like it there pull you over just cause the fresh batch of doughnuts aren't done yet. Most cops i've talked to said they hate the sound of our exhaust here, and i live in cleveland, so most likely the older the cop the more there hate it.
well if you leave the cat you will be fine with air regulations. Maybe not CARB. You may come into issues with noise violations. Check with your local law enforcement for more details.
edit: I could not find anything about CARB on their webpage, 94 do you have a webpage on that. I know K&N markets that fact a lot for their intakes.

No don't have any sites i'll try to see if i still have my papers from the exhaust thou probably not it was like 2 1/2 yrs ago.
can anyone take a pic of there cat back on there new si...i have a teg and im buying a si pretty soon...i have a skunk 2 catback on my dc and my car is lowered and sometimes if there is a tall bump i hit it...but i dont know how it sits on the si...so if theres any pix i appreciate it.
Cat-back exhausts do not affect smog (assuming you leave on a cat), and therefore do not have any effect with the CARB. They do not check that during a smog check. You can only get in trouble for it being too loud or not having a cat.

You live in the Bay Area like me. Cops here can be "difficult" (specially the Sheriffs), that is why I went with a quieter Cat-Back. Skunk 2 is loud and draws attention. I good friend of mine has a 95 Honda Civic with a louder Cat-Back and was pulled over by one of our local Sheriffs. The Sheriff wanted to see the CARB sticker for the exhaust. Since most Cat-backs don't come with CARB stickers, he got written up with a "fix-it" ticket. He had to remove the cat-back and put a stock exhaust system back on the car before he could get the ticket signed off. Course, he just put the cat-back, back on once the ticket was signed off.
