ITR springs on GSR Koni Yellows?

ITR springs on GSR Koni Yellows?
I have a 2000 Integra GSR. I have Koni Yellows and I have a set of ITR springs. Will the ITR springs work with NON-ITR Koni's?
Also, what is the difference between ITR springs and GSR stock springs?
