removing/ swapping h23 h22 prelude 4th gen 94 95 quick question pls help

Default removing/ swapping h23 h22 prelude 4th gen 94 95 quick question pls help

ok... i usually work on alotta civics and when i do a swap i've just been droppin the motors out through the bottom. its pretty easy that way. is this method possible or easy on 4th gen ludes?? i dont have a hoist anymore and i just wanna do a qucik swap on a lude.. whats gotta be done under there to get it out the bottom? i think theres some extra bars under there.
need some quick answers

I guess you could go from the bottom, you would need to remove the center brace on the bottom and maybe the brackets on left and right near the firewall. You would also need to undo and remove the rear engine mount if you wanted to go out that way. I personally dont think this is the best way to do it though. You have a great chance of breaking a few things going out this way. I have never removed an engine this way in any car, so I dont know how you get the car high enough to pull move the engine out from under the car.
Pulling the engine out from the top will save you tons of time. no need to mess with anything under the car besides axles, exhaust bolts, and 2 harness connectors.

i know u can have the suspension half apart and the axles hanging/tied out of the way to do it from the top. from the bottom i assume youll have to have the axle off the car.

I imagine goin from the bottom makes it alot easier to get the tranny under the tranny mount! Ive never done it that way but would like to try lol.
