Im curious on to whats going on because my check engine light comes on everytime i start my car and it stays pretty dim but when i ever i hit an indicator left or right it flashes in sync with the indicator and whenever i play around with the highbeams it goes in sync with that also what is it trying to tell me...and it also does it with the brakes too :/

No, he means your wiring in the dash, behind the headlights, battery, alternator, etc, etc.

I had somewhat the same problem, but without the CEL. Turns out my pos battery cable was loose. Bought new terminal clamps and problem solved. Now my lights don't dim/blink with the blinkers/headlights/brakes. Check that, as well as your alternator and have both your battery and alternator tested to see if they are good or not.
