What tein kit do you have?
What is your dampening set at (if you have it?)

oh you just bought springs.
return em and get a whole tein coilover kit. Your factory struts could be blown.

would it work if I just bought struts? dont really wanna go throught the time and hassle of removing them putting old ones back one. My 5 posts for the day are almost up, so you can shoot me an email at nikolas.sherman@centerpartners.com or almostover01@yahoo.com

dropping the suspension on worn out/old struts will cause bumpiness. They are not made for lowered vehicles and are not made to "bounce" with aftermarket spring rates. Essentially you are running around bouncing on the spring.

I will post again tomorrow being as this is my last allowed post for the day, but if I were to replace the shocks/struts would that totally eliminate the issue or just reduce it? I kind of relate it to girls wearing high heels, its uncomfortable, but looks good

you are going to have to remove them again anyway when you buy new struts, so you might as well do it correctly and buy the whole coilover kit from tein. the spring and strut are designed to work together unlike you buying new struts.

If you are going to continue to modify your car, I would reccomend checking with people on here before making purchases, it will save you a lot of headaches. ppl on here have been thru most situations you can run into.
good luck

if you choose good struts it will minimize the bumpiness.

A lowered suspension is going to be a tad bumpy.
