THAT is stuck in my spark plug hole. It's the lil adapter for my compression tester. I don't need it to do the test but i left it on the hose so i wouldn't lose it. So i screwed it all into the cylinder, did the test, and then i realized the hole looked shallow. I look closely, then look for the adapter in my tool box... i realize that IS the adapter. A socket won't reach past the top threaded part to get it out. Anyone have an idea what i should do?

There is a tool that is made for those types of things dont know what they call it thou. Its a long mesh tool with a magnet and theres another one with a retractable claw. Find one of those and that should do the trick.

it's an 11/16" socket. but the 11/16's i have are too wide for the plug holes. any ideas?

haha, the SAME thing happened to me, and i realized i didn't need the adapter.
i just got one spark plug (was replacing mine anways), and put it in the spark plug socket, and screwed the spark plug into the back of the adapter and tightened it very carefully.
of course it screwed over the spark plug, but hey, i got the adapter out ;D

so ya say just tighten the plug into the adapter? then unscrew the whole thing? te adapter is already pretty tight in there i'm sure. I don't wanna OVER tighten it.
I did the same thing.
Just put the compression tester back into the spark plug hole and twist it tight.
or
I think I installed the sparkplug on top of the compression tester thing and it fit then I repulled the spark plug and the bottom of the compressor test thing that you lost should be sitting on it.
