This is a must for when installing a bigger Rear Sway Bar, such as the 22mm or 23mm, onto your 96-00 Civic. It's a really good subframe brace/swaybar mount. I used mine for 6+ years with 22mm and 23mm swaybars without a problem. I'll bump it.
