I've installed a set of Crower springs/ti retainers along with the 'stock' cam
in my 94 Prelude VTEC. (Don't ask me why I put back the stock cam)
Has anyone actually measured a hp loss with the install of stiffer valve springs ?
The motor doesn't seem to pull as strong in the higher end as it used to with the stock (weaker) springs. The cams and crank are all lined up correctly

there probably would be a "slight" loss since there is more drag on the valve train now.........but you should upgrade your cams. they will make up for the slight power loss.......

What do you consider to be a 'quality' upgrade with all the stories that are going around ?
