The engine is in a 1996 civic sedan. It comes from an eg6 A/T 92-95 which i converted to M/T.I ignore what wiring they used in my 1996 civic(whether an b16 A/T wiring or b16 M/T) as i undergo several problems with ignition,i've a distributor problem.

So it throws a 7 and a 3 hmmmmm.... I'd bet you got your tps and map sensor plugs backwards. They're interchangeable.

****,concerning the tps cel,it is no more now.I come to know that my mechanic had unplugged it with engine on and then reconnected it.So it has been saved when i was checking the map sensor cel.Forget about the tps now.I've three problems now:the map sensor issue, engine sputter and my sparks are covered with oil.

I've recently put a pair of big cams and the map sensor prob has been arising before i put the cams. Its worse now.don't know where to start.
