Theres double sided cf hooods, and thers some that are not... meaning flat..

Mine is a flat one but i still hit if i mount it the way it should. i have to prop it up at the hinges by about an inch on each side due to the LSV swap i threw in there a year ago.. Thats pretty much it. If you want clearance i know HC racing hoods, and I think Siebon dont have the doublesided cf... VIS does but I think its only if you order it that way being it costs more than the regular hoods..

ok. So the double sided ones are the kind that are flat underneath or the regular oem style ones?

I think the double sided ones are the ones that look factory under and the ones that are not are the flat ones. I am not sure. but thats what I think

your right.. They do that to give the underside an OEM look but with cf so it draws more attention than the other ones.

Wish i had a picture of my old one and what it looked like.. esp after the swap...ewww. It hurt to look at lol
