Default 86 HF head on my 87 si block?

i found an 86 carburated Hf in the junkyard and i was wondering if it would work on my 87 crx si? i just wasnt sure if it would swap right over or if its more than that...

Im pretty sure it will not swap over.
The carbed cars have a different cam and therefore a different head. You should go to redpepperracing.com and ask around just to be 100%.

Its my understanding that the SI head doesnt have the the "small" valve so it may not work but like said eariler jump over to redpepper I am sure there is someone over there who has or know someone who has tried it.
