Here is another gt35r car we just recently finished here and i tuned the other evening.
It is a simple yet effective setup that should yield tons of fun on the street.
Completely stock top end ie.. ports, valvetrain, cams, intake manifold and throttle body etc. The bottom has pistons and rods, full race ram horm manifold, gt3582r, tial 44mm wg, PWR intercooler, 3" intercooler piping, 1000cc injectors all tuned through a AEM ems.
Here is the SAE graph, i dont want to post the uncorrected graph and scare some people.

Thanks to wHOAlly for his help with the boost control issues i was having, i knew i wasnt going crazy man. It was a bad solenoid.

no 84mm here, its an s2000 my man, lol
As far as the boost, its 14lbs slowly creeping 16 then a slow drop back to 14lbs.

Is it a 2.2? Looks like it from the graph. Id guess about 570-580hp uncorrected by the temps around here lately.
I would love to have something like that as a daily but id wrap that thing around a pole in notime.

Can't see before 4k on the graph, but looks like its making 200wtq by roughly 3700rpm? Isn't that extraordinarily fast spool for a 35R? What would you attribute this to?

It is the 2.0 engine and still utliizes the smaller crank but bored over 2mm.
As far as the spool on the turbo goes, it is a 35r. These damn things are sick, i personaly believe this is right now the ultimate turbo for a street car hands down.

This engine had roughly 10.0:1 compression too, but it sounds like you had some tuning issues if it melted down that fast.

lol, nah this car has an AEM unit on it.

Breathing capabilities help the **** out of that turbo to spool faster.
I am stoked, because I will be running more boost on my 2.3 liter s2000, so Im guessing I should be able to hit a tad more power.
Congrats though, that is sick

So it's a 2.1L with the 9000rpm redline, pretty cool. What rpm is it hitting full boost? How responsive does it feel in the lower rpms? .82ar T3 turbine housing?

Sorry guys as as pics go the customer wants to keep the car somewhat of a secret. He drives it around on the streets and is trying to keep the car "under wraps" right now.
From what i recall i was getting full boost somewhere in the mid/low 4k range, i can look at my logs and tell you for sure.
As far as the respnsiveness, it feels great. Very "snappy" through the part throttle and as soon as you put your foot down it pins you right in the seat.
yes .83 turbine housing.
