Default Window won't work, car is stalling, Need answers

Well my Honda Accord 1997 lx...Is not cranking. It coughs as if it wants to turn over but it does not start. The power windows do not work, but the radio still comes on and as well as the lights. The blinker lights will not work, but the hazardous lights do come on. It all started last night when I cranked up my car and it would not crank.

I tried to crank it again and just my luck it did...just as soon as I arrived at home my car cut off. I tried to crank it again and it did not crank up. So I tried to get a boost..no GO.The battery did not even get a spark what so ever..So I put the car in neutral and pushed it into the parking space.

From there I figured it was the alternator....Well I purchased a new alternator and re charged battery. Car still does not crank. It does a half of crank..but the car does not catch. The weirdest thing..that power window still does not work..but the door locks doThe clock panel does not either It's as if everything on the driver side does not work.

Trying to save bucks want to repair problem at home.. Does anyone have an idea of what this could possibly be?

have you checked the fuses for everything for the stuff not working....some fuses can cause a car not to start
