If you are just looking for extra performance, I would do the basic bolt ons:
Intake / Header / Exhaust /
Then you could go from there and do:
Plug Wires / Throttle Body / After market Intake Manifold ( Maybe )
Then for the cheapest reliable large gain in power you could add nitrous. With nitrous though, you need colder plus, and knowledge of adjusting your timing to prevent detonation.

If you don't like that you could turbocharge or supercharge, however will cost more in the short and long run, because of extra parts you need to maintain those systems properly.

i will not subscribe to this topic, but to the OP- get an NX (Nitrous Express) import EFI kit. as long as the engine you have is in good shape, you will be fine as long as you don't abuse the juice....
remember, MODERATION is key with everything.

Junkyard turbo or a used nitrous kit for the cheapest bang for buck. Don't expect a pieced together junkyard turbo kit to be very reliable though. I'd go for nitrous personally. Do a quick leakdown + compression test.
even tho nitrous is the quickest way to go fast but if u dont kno wat your doin u can kill your motor alot quicker plus u would always have to refill your bottle after using it go turbo and build it up and do it the right way quickest way isnt always the best way i think
The entire goal of the O.P. is to be a little faster for not much money.. Doing a turbo kit and tuning it right is NOT a cheap option.
one way is not to car poll, no fat girls allowed,
just wait until you get a deal for a decent swap or hybird that **** of an engine you have or just spend your money on a 12 pack of
and sit with your buddys and talk about stuff you can't afford, lol thats what i do. Cheers
