You have to cut the reinforcement bar? I though you only had to cut the bumper. There is a slot for the fog once you take off the bumper right? Thanks for the info!

one bolt on each side of rear bumper. might also have 1 screw cap holding rear wheel liner

5 screw caps on center of bumper. open trunk to view

bumper is off

outline of the rear fog etched on the bumper

tools used for the job

on to work

mount the bumper on the car w/out the fog on. trace outside of what needs to be cut out of the bumper support. remove bumper and start cuttin. **** is itchy as hell...

test fit

My friend (HT member "savclaude") did that on his car not too long ago and, it looks nice.
Now, as far as some of the rear fogs being model specific, i wouldn't count on that, since there other ligths that interchange between different models and years, from accords to TL's... del sol's to civics....
But it's all good anyway...!

yea i agree, because i've seen another member even cut into the reinforcement bar in order to position the rear fog closer to the middle..... i'm debating whether i should put just the left or both fogs on...i have the left and the right side....what do you guys think?
Man, that looks tight. I had a question on the first picture at the top of the tread from Japan(I am assuming) there rear fog lights are on the right (if you are standing behind the car and looking it). What made you decide to put your first fog light on the left? Did you take pictures of the wiring set up and switch install? If so, could we see pics.
It's actually from Thailand, and the side you install the fog light depends on the driver side....since theirs is on the right, the fog is on the right, ours is on the left, so we have it on the left
Where i come from, fog lights are always on the left or center. I believe for most countries, the driver's side is the side to install the light.
Right hand drive = right side of bumper, or both.
left hand drive = left side of the bumper, or both sides.

I think if I had a car with that, I would prefer the cleaner non-fog look. It looks awkward like one eye. What do you guys like about them? just being different? </TD></TR></TABLE>
JDM madness yO
And it can actually save your life in foggy conditions too since the rear fog is brighter than the brake lights.
