Default EJ H22 Idle Problems- - - Vacuum? Fuel?

Basically idles great cold/warm when starting the car, but as soon as throttle is applied the engine revs like it should, and it falls to far and almost falls on its face and does not idle right again until its killed and started again.

Cold idle is actually very low as well.

Replaced: Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor, Plugs again, Filter, Adjusted Timing to 15 BTDC.

NOOOOOO vacuum leaks. NO cels.
Fuel pressure seems low, 30psi at idle and 35-40psi with the vacuum hose disconnected and plugged, to the FPR.

Things that are weird! If I put my finger over the vacuum port for the FPR while its disconnected it instantly kills the engine..... And for that matter any vacuum port on the IM, if I pull the hose (to the EGR or IAB or The unused)... it idles faster, (which I know is normal) but as soon as I put my finger over that vacuum nipple it dies.

Do i have a FITV or IAC problem? Too low fuel pressure.

I'm getting a sufficient amount of fuel, and the car revs and drives wonderfully, but will not idle on its own after ANY throttle is applied.

Update: Took it for a drive, drove "OK", shot a knock sensor code and we brought it back. Pulled 2 plugs and they are white, WHITE. Running extremely lean. Could this be due to the low fuel pressure?

Hope that is the cause of it, as we ordered a walbro pump to hopefully take care of the problem.

The EGR needs to be blocked off if your not using it. It will cause a weird idle if I remember right.

Well I'm between 27-30psi at idle with the H22 FPR. 30-34psi with a D15b7 FPR.

The EGR is being used, but we did get a random code for it last night. It is wired in correct, was removed and cleaned and we are using the EGR Control Solenoid as well.

What all sensors are needed for the EGR system? Lift and control solenoid? or just lift?

Using a P13 ECU, but its F'N 4ws. Anyway its running lean as hell, so we ordered a Walbro 255 for it and hope for the best.

Should the H cause ALOT of vibrations at idle, using Hasport mounts in an EG. I think the 63???? hardness.
