Location question
jack your car up and take your passenger side wheel off. then take off the plastic inner fender. on the side of the tranny you will see two caps with square cutouts for a 3/8" ratchet or extension.
The lower plug is to drain and the top one is to fill. A HELMS or HAYNES manual will help. as will the RED SEARCH button

i dont have the owners manual, and ive already read haynes service repair manual and could not find where you would put the il in for an automatic.
I have an automatic transmission. So i just pour the oil into the dipstick (the one that measures the transmission oil) area?

yep, remove the dipstick and place a small skinny funnel in there and pour the fluid in through that.

yes you will see the trnas fluid dipstick on the front pass side on the comparment...just put the transmission fluid in there

since your car is auto, do what the others suggested with the funnel
and any stop leak is temporary with transaxle seals, you need to find the leak and repair it. most common place for auto trans to leak is cooler lines, followed by tq converter seal. Honda does not have a pan so it usually does not leak from the case..........
