how could i take off the parking brake line off the caliper and the trailing arm with out breaking nothing because the parking brake line goes throw a hole on the trailing arm and the only think holding meback is the parking line some one plese help me....................................... i need to replace the trailing arm.
That's easy. You can remove the ebrake cable from the ebrake handle or remove it from the caliper.
1. To remove it from the ebrake handle, remove the armrest to access the butt end of the handle. Remove it is self-explanatory. Then remove the #13 bolts to unbolt it from the chassis.
2. Remove the cotter pin (#20) connecting the cable to the caliper. Then remove #19 to unhook the cable to the mounting bracket. Remove the #14 bolt to unbolt it from the trailing arm.
