Default DC2 ASR SwayBar Reinforcement USDM ITR 22mm SwayBar

To start a few things I should mention.
If you workout and lift weights don't do this the same day you do your upper body work out.

Before, Stock 1999 GSR

After, A Spec Racing w/ITR 22mm swaybar

All the parts laid out

Look at the size difference, 14mm vs 22mm

Some Closer Views

Some of the tools ASR doesn't mention that you'll need to complete the job.

I also added this. EM Racing Trunk Floor Brace.

This is a shot of my Del Sol. Do you think the GSR sway bar will bolt right up?

Why do you have non-Integra LCAs on your Integra? The effectiveness of the sway bar is nil if the endlinks aren't connected to the LCAs.

Hows the car's handling feel?

Also did you buy that as a kit? where did you buy it from? I like that stealthy black color.

After taking another look, the LCAs are the stock Integra LCAs. I couldn't see the endlink mount point at first due to the ABS line in the way.

Handling feels really good. Haven't driven it very far yet but the back end seems to feel like it is sticking to road better.

I only bought the reinforcement bar and trunk brace from JHP http://jhpusa.com/catalog/. I got all the ITR parts from work. That is exactly why I got the black, STEALTHY.

I realized yesterday that I forgot to paint/primer over the holes I had to drill out for the ASR bolts. I have to take everything back off and apply some paint/primer so it doesn't rust. Maybe next weekend.

This past weekend I took all the new stuff off.
When I originally did this work I forgot to put primer over and in the holes that I drilled out. I really wish ASR would have mentioned this in the instructions.
After three weeks small amount of rust had started to show up. OHIO weather sucks.
I ran the drill bit in the holes to clean out the rust and used some sand paper also. Taped off some paper for over spray. Cleaned the surfaces with Acetone then finally two coats of gray primer.
Sorry no pictures this time, I was up against the clock.

my subframe was a direct bolt on. I have that exact set up. When u change the LCA's and the get some coil overs, you will feel an even bigger difference. FOR SURE! check out my ride.

I just installed the brace with a 24mm solid bar. I previously had a JDM ITR '98-spec 23mm bar and Beaks brace.

The difference isn't much driving around town, and I lost the use of my rear under tray.

The installation was pretty easy. I did have to dremel out one of the holes that I had chiseled the tack welded nut off of previously to get one of the bolts to go through.

The one gripe I have about the brace is that the lower holes for the sandwich is drilled and counterbored for a M10 fastener, but you use a M8 fastener to bolt the two halves together. They need to revise it to drill the through hole for a M8 thread.

You have to drill out the stock spot-welded nuts on the inside of the subframe for the larger bolts to go through.

uh what? Is there not a reinforcement plate that fits inside the subframe for the bolts to thread into? You have to pop off those spot-welded nuts to make room for that plate.

Well if for a del sol, it doesn't come with sway bar from factory. So they don't have any nuts inside the subframes.

Hard to tell from my Del Sol pic. There are NO nuts in the subframe. Cost down manufacturing.

Hi.
What do I need to fit a rear subframe into my Del Sol?
Just bolt it on?
Do I need to change lcas? Is that unused hole used to bolt endinks?
