I have a stage 1 on my stock 98 sh. Engine is sleeved and what not, but generally all stock. You may want to add a lightened flywheel to make it get off the line a little quicker.

Yes. Exedy makes some nice clutches. I have I/H/E and pulleys and clutch is the best!

Stage 1's are great for NA motors, and even small turbo motors. If you plan to upgrade your car, or beat on it, get the stage 1. If you just need a replacement and drive very casually, the OE spec will be fine
