need help with my 1991 civic dx im going to swap a jdm d15b vtec
So i bought the engine today and im getting it tomarrow morning, does anyone know if i can get car bar'd in california.
also can i use the obd0 to obd1 in the link below i had before a dohc zc can anyone help me with the wiring to make it obd1 vtec so i can use my vtec engine, and what else do i need beside dizzy, p28 ecu, o2 censor, and wire harness
