Default My battery died.... :( (radio code)

I called the dealership my 96 del sol was bought at, and according to them, the file for my car was "just" purged from their system. The woman technician I spoke to told me that if I wanted to get my radio code, then I would have to pull out the radio and get the serial number off the back. If theres any way of avoiding this I'd really appreciate the tips. I've taken it out once before, it was a biotch. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Tony, man up and yank the radio. And make sure you write down the code this time.
