Scammed by Live*JDM
Update: Robert Garcia, aka Live*JDM has refunded my money.
Check this out. I just want to make some people aware of this guy Live*JDM, Robert Garcia, Fresno, CA and his BS. Do not buy from this guy. He is unreliable, irresponsible, and just full of **** so far. I have given this guy numerous chances to make things right and he continues to be irresponsible and not ship the parts I payed him for or refund my money. Only excuses with no concern.
In late february, I agreed to purchase the 3 EM racing "auto-x set" bars for a DC2 and a spoon shift ****. Hes been on HT for at least 4 years and had posts of sells with no bad things to be found. He agreed to ship them out the following day and even took a picture of the parts in a box being packaged and PMd me. I paypaled him the funds. I have PM correspondence from the last month of his BS. Here is the thread of what he was selling.

Anyway the guy has still not come through. Comes and goes on the correspondence via PM just enough to get my hopes up and then leaves me hanging.
Im not the only one either. HT member 2wheelhunter paid him for a kevlar password intake around the same time and has received nothing and also gets the BS run around on PM correspondence.
I will post all of the PM correspondence tonight. I have it all saved. This kid is from the 559 in cali and I have his real name and address. Ill put that up later as well.
I have filed a dispute with paypal and I filed a police report with his city's Police department. They said they have a team dedicated to internet fraud/crimes and they are really cracking down on it so hopefully he'll get popped. I have no ill intentions for anyone, I just want the parts or my $ back. I cannot explain how many times I have asked this guy to come correct and send my parts or my money back. He stated at first that he gave the parts to his friend who worked at UPS and his friend forgot to ship them or went out of time. Bla Bla Bla Bla Just weak *** lies over and over.

Anyhow if any of you are his boi, let him know about this thread. I will absolutely post up a resolution to all of this if there ever is one.

Edit: i figured i'd include the story.. very similar to OP's post.. payment sent in mid-late feb.. he told me he shipped out the product the following business day.. and still nothing.. minimal responses and vague ones too.. currently in the dispute resolution stage on paypal still got 2 more weeks to wait before i can file a claim..

Call your bank or card company. Tell them the situation. They will credit your account, and go after paypal. Paypal always grants the refund back to your card company and puts the scammers paypal in the negative. He can't do anything until he pays that back. Paypals dispute thing is useless and a waste of time.

So far Ive given you the benefit of the doubt but thats over. If it doesnt arrive this week, Im filing a claim with Paypal and filing a police report in your city of residence. Ive been scammed twice and the funny thing is the first guy in Oregon that scammed me got arrested over it. I filed charges in his state and the dude got hit with mail fraud, federal charges, crossing state lines. Took 6 months but hey. Karma is a bitch. So I am not threatening you man. I am simply stating this is bullshit. You seem to not give a **** with these 3 word responses to my PMs. If you shipped it, who did you ship it through and where is the tracking number. Prove me wrong man. Show me you are not a scumbag scammer/thief. Do that and you got my respect. Otherwise I guess you can live with it and Karma can have her way with you. Good luck with everything man. I got my girl to order me a valve cover. She doesn't support the import game at all and finally started coming around. Rms-usa.com they took her money gave us a long run around and instead of a h22 valve cover in blue i got a red bseries. and they refused to accept the package back. I doubt I'll ever order from a company unless I can go for a local pick up. It's crazy though. Good luck man.
