Hood wont shut tight???
Solution: THANKS TO eloist2
loosen the 2 10mm bolts holding your hood latch in place.
Once loosened, push the latch as far as it will go down towards the ground. Now re-tighten the bolts.
next, twist your rubber stoppers all the way down as well. See if this helps.
Hey guys, Ive been tweaking with it but my hood wont seem to shut tight.. it locks and everything but theres about a 1/4 gap between the hood and where its supposed to be. You can kind of see it in this pic.. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

If it's sitting high(which it looks like it is), then you most likely need to lower the rubber stoppers. Just twist them to you get them to the desired height.
im sitting 2.25 front / 2.0 back now on skunk 2 springs.. the pic is old. Riding on 16" slips, but does ride height affect the hoods stance? rubber stoppers eh.. have to see if i can find some.. im going to tweak with the latch a little first.

Have you jacked your car up lately? If you have, you probably didn't jack it up on the correct place. You have you push down on the bar/brace that holds the latch to get it back in the right place.

This a common problem with ep3's...it happened to mine and I have seen it happen to many others.
