Default gas Mods spark plugs etc....

I have been dwelling into alternative fuels and fuel saving devices for the past 3yrs. I have a background in aerospace electronics. I figured throw this up here and see if this can help anyone. I analyze anything I find and try to duplicate as well. Most think this stuff is snake oil but coming from my background some are and SOME AREN'T.

Was wondering some input on this has anyone tried any of this? (I have on some items) I figured this would be the prefect place to post as anything that saves fuel usually equates into increases in Hp.

Found another plug worth looking into.

http://www.e3sparkplugs.com/competitive.htm

E3 claims to have reinvented the spark plug. Their design capitalizes on the concept that sparks jump from edge to edge more easily and at lower voltages than they do between flat surfaces. Instead of providing or more "J-wire" ground electrodes, E3 uses what looks like a three-legged stool with a square hole and notch cut out of it. This design's many edges ensure long life without fouling. The flame kernel supposedly flows out the square hole toward the piston, for faster more complete burn (fewer emissions), higher cylinder pressures (more power), and greater efficiency. Price: around $9 each.

I am going to buy this set or the sonic spark plug to see if they hold up to claims. I will post results for everyone once ordered and recieved.

Cryogenicaly treated spark plugs:

They do it to rotors etc... why not other auto parts

all those spark plugs are horseshit.... in fact i hate running ANY plug except NGK coppers in the correct heat range.
I've tried platinum.... iridium.... blah blah blah... everyone's claiming they have a rounder wheel... NGK for me plz.

I have to CORRECT you, you mention 2 spark plugs which there claim to fame is there metal they are MADE of.

I POSTED DIFFERENT SPARK PATHS DO TO SHAPE OF GROUND ELECTRODES and the way they gather there electricity. This is completely different from what you stated thus not horseshit. my friend do your history some of this stuff was older racer technology allowing spark to go vertical and horizontal. Plus capacitors and pulsing IN ELECTRONICS have always been known for there helpful cooling properties. AC vs. DC comes to mind. Capacitors are known for there storing and FAST discharge of electricity OUTSIDE OF AUTOMOTIVE use

Platinum requires a high heat range to work optimally like in high Hp engine.

well i've never seen any not-factory-endorsed dyno tests that prove two ***** worth... and i'm very familiar with capacitors.... google CDI

I'm just saying... 90% of the guys on here don't use any other plug because OEM honda ignitions (albeit they need some repair from time to time) work pretty damn well.

And most of those "altered fire" plugs ( E3s.... bosch platinum +4 w/ 4 tips ) changes your flame travel due to varying points of ignition.

these look interesting. It would be nice (and extermely expensive) If somebody could combine all of these patents into one plug!

these seem very logical, But then there are statements like these that make me cringe

quote pulled from http://www.enginebrain.com/ "With the ‘bolt-in power’ of the patented Super Sonic Spark Plugs your engine power is stepped-up to give you hill climbing power, towing power and off-the-line power with fast throttle response, and increased fuel mileage. With Sonic Spark Plugs in your vehicle, your engine will maintain power when the air conditioner is activated. And unlike typical spin-up delays with turbo-chargers, Sonic Spark power is there as soon as you touch the accelerator. "
"With added Bolt In Power, your engine has Stepped Up Power that gives you: Hill Power, Towing Power, Mountain Power, and Off Road Power all with Fast Throttle Response, and increased Fuel Mileage for regular cars and Hybrids."

more quotes "Are they safe for my vehicle?
Safe as a regular plug. Why? Because unlike other high-performance plugs, we don't modify the spark, we only add the ultrasound. So your spark won't be any hotter or longer than the factory specifications. We have found that the major spark plug manufacturers are very careful about manufacturing plugs that are safe for your vehicle. We don't believe in deviating from their specifications."

Okay this makes some sense. Maybe they should be modified too much

Yea i got a fuel filter that gives any car another 20mpg and a cologne that makes lindsey lohan instantly give you brains. You need to find an article by Dave Coleman called 'the bullshit filter'.

Don't knock it until you have tried it Remember people use to think the the earth was once FLAT WITHOUT question people just would CONFIDENTLY SAY it is flat WHY because thats JUST SNAKE OIL TO SAY ITS ROUND.........Unless you've sailed the seas and prove everyone wrong DON't KNOCK UNTIL YOU have tried it. I am a big believer in OEM spark plugs mainly do to platinum not holding up in a N/A car. But unless you have tried THESE exact listed parts THEN THE EARTH IS FLAT and thats that right.............wow, I live on a round earth.......think of all those people that just said IT HAS TO BE, SO IT IS FLAT.........how stupid they must look.

I think I have some background that enables me to be able to post such with confidence in my choosing of products. I did not throw random aftermarket parts up here but rather ones that have some sort of possible realistic characteristics that can hold up more than a couple of days worth. My last job was working at/in C.A.R.B. , moved on to another Corp.

If someone said tried that exact product and it was crap...then they have a leg to stand on but the ones that jump on the band wagon and throw rocks because it seems like the thing to do wellll the earth must be flat..............

As Bruce Lee said "Knowing is not enough ONE MUST APPLY"

Patented products that can be sold legally anywhere around the globe.

California Air Resources Board (C.A.R.B.) requires any aftermarket automotive product used on California vehicles regardless of the benefits to the consumer, needs a C.A.R.B. number. The costs for testing to obtain a California Air Resources Bureau number one can easily exceed $300,000.00.
