Re: Which Spark Plugs (dakidhasSOL)
open your hood and look at the sticker on it. whatever it says for spark plugs is exactly what you want, and nothing else. there was a dyno chart floating around here that tested oem ignition stuff vs aftermarket and oem was better. no surprise really.
it should be ngk-57zf11 or something like that

Fuel filters are for the life of the car. Theoretically you could, but unless your running turbo or something, the small amount of gain would be pointless.
Oh and about the plugs...again, if your running more gas through the car then you would want more spark, but if you just have simple bolt-ons then just stay OEM. I bought Iridium because they use less energy to complete the spark. When my stereo is on high blast, i used to have REAL bad bogging with platinum, but i dont with Iridium. The regular Copper plugs are actually the best for conductivity but you replace them every 30k instead of every 90-100k with Platinum.
Having said all that. I like Iridium. The most expensive of the 3, but they last as long as platinum, have almost the same conductivity as copper, take heat better than platinum and since the electrode is tiny, takes less energy to complete the spark than all 3.
