the rear seats on my 98 barely weigh anything and i'm guessing it'll be no different for your 93. a good but not exactly accurate way of gauging 1/4 time w/ weight is for every 100lbs, you shave a tenth of a second off your 1/4. search for the weight reduction thread.

buy taking the sunroof out and putting a cap on will save you 43 lbs. also if you remove the tar off car thats inside will save 15 lbs. replace the seats can save you a ton of weight also carbon fiber trunk and hood.

I can say that removing cruise and a/c, running a civic radiator, and a carbon hood, no spare tire etc, my 93 weighs 2905 with my 235 lbs in it. So the car weighs roughly 2670.

I don't know what gen you're talking about, but on a 4th gen you loose about 43 lbs from a sunroof plug, not 70.
