Default PY ITR @ Sierra Acura in Alhambra...

Very..very very sad sight today. after school, i went to Sierra Acura to get the parts needed for my 30k miles serivce. As im pulling into the driveway to the Parts/Service dept, I see a what looks like a PY ITR way in the back, only the wing was visable. So I drive up and notice that it has a JDM Front end. Im like nice..wonder whos this is..I park next to it, get out and see the inside...IT WAS TRASHED. While i was looking at it, the service guy yells for me to step away, so i do w/out any smart answers, i walk into the office, and ask him whats up w/ that..and guess what he says THEFT RECOVERY. I was soo damn pissed...f**king theives. But it looked like they didnt get away w/ much, the front seats were still there, nothing in the back, suspension was there, gauge cluster was tehre but the steering wheel/column was trashed. The guy said that they are fixing it, so this ITR was saved.

For a second there I thought you were gonna say that there was one for sale there . At least they saved the R though.

...which is amazing, considering that most thieves take it to a shady shop so they can "work" on it in a garage .

was the motor still intact?

The same exact thing happened to mine in 2000. Stripped the ignition, screwed up the airbag, couldn't get it started and then took my floor mats. Total bill....1495.00. I was extremely lucky for the key/motor recognition security in place and the fact they were amatures Thieves die.
