Default RPM idle issues

My idle has been a little bit off for a while now. I cleaned out the IAVC a few weeks ago but that didnt seem to fix it. I dont kno how to really explain it, but it will somewhat bounce around and never really get to the 750 rpm mark that its supposed to be.

Other times, it will idle at 750 rpm just fine.. im not sure what the problem is. heres a video of what it does probably 60% of the time

u'll notice it is idling just a little below 1000. that seems higher than it used to be, and its completely warmed up.

Mods are only I/H/E

sorry about quality lol.. cell phone video
