Kumho makes a pretty good tire for a good price.

get some falkins 512s or 912s for all daily driving, good tread wears and probably stay away from stock sizes, they tend to be lil more expensive, from what i saw when i shopped for tires. go w/ like 205/50/15s or something, i think stocks are like 195/55s

kumho does make a good tire. so does hankook and nankang, and they're pretty cheap too.

I'm not sure if they still make them, but i liked my Falken Ziex 512s. They were a decent all season with reasonably good traction in all weather. I have since upgraded my front tires to BFG Drag Radials because the Falkens just can't hold the powa

I'm now looking at Falken RT615s or Dunlop Direzza Z1's

Short answer: Get the Kumho ASX, in either 195/55-15 or 205/50-15. It's one of the very best all-season tires available - MUCH better than the Falken Ziex - and it's much less money than all-seasons with comparable performance.

Long answer: I often post advice on the best tires for Integras, including several posts in that topic linked above. I've posted a summary of that advice (such as in this topic) and here it is:

a. People who want the maximum traction on dry pavement, and don't care about anything else. These are usually people who sometimes use their street tires in autocross or on the racetrack or in brisk drives on curvy roads. The best tire for such folks IMHO is usually the Falken Azenis RT-615, which is available in Integra sizes of 195/60-14, 205/50-15, 215/45-16, and 205/40-17, depending on your wheel size. These tires don't last all that long - treadlife of 10-12K miles is typical - and they are only so-so in rain. But if you only care about dry grip, they're the bomb.

b. People who want good traction on dry pavement, but also want good traction in rain and also care about value (purchase price and/or treadlife), and who DON'T use these tires in snow (either it doesn't snow where they live, or they have separate tires or another vehicle for winter conditions). These are usually people who use their tires for everyday driving. The tires I most often recommend for these folks are the Kumho SPT and the Avon Tech M500, which are available in Integra sizes of 195/55-15, 205/50-15, 205/45-16, and 205/40-17. I recommend the Yokohama ES100 in 195/60-14 for those with 14" wheels. All of these tires have very good grip on dry pavement, are excellent in rain, and last a reasonably long time (25-40K miles).

c. People who need to use the same tires in snow during the winter as well as in moderate to warm temperatures the rest of the year. These folks need all-season tires, which are a compromise; they have the flexibility to be used in a wider range of weather, but they're not as good in winter as true winter tires and they're not as good the rest of the year as summer tires such as those mentioned above. For these folks, I recommend the Kumho ASX in 195/55-15, 205/50-15, 205/45-16, and 205/40-17. For those with 14" wheels, I recommend the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position in 195/60-14.

All of these tires are reasonably priced, and are the best you can get for your money in each of these categories, IMHO. You can get them shipped from places like Tire Rack, Discount Tire (whose higher prices are offset by free shipping), and Vulcan Tire.
Oh, and those who are claiming that the Kumho ASX is better than the Kumho SPT apparently don't understand the difference between all-season tires (like the ASX) and summer tires (like the SPT). All-seasons are designed to be able to perform in winter conditions like snow and frigid cold, as well as in moderate to warm temperatures the rest of the year. In exchange for that additional flexibility, all-seasons don't grip as well in moderate to warm temperatures as summer tires, which are designed for those specific temperatures. As a result, the performance of the SPT is much, much better than the ASX in rain and on dry pavement, as long as the temperature is above freezing; the ASX performs better on snow and in frigid cold. So, if you need to use your tires all year round including winter snow as well as warm weather, get all-seasons like the ASX; if you never use your tires in winter conditions - either because you live in a place where it doesn't snow or because you have a separate set of winter tires or you have another vehicle for winter use - then get summer tires like the SPT.

I've been using the BFG KDW2's on my 24/7 daily driver. They have roughly 30-35,000 miles on them and plenty of tread left to give me traction in the summer with 450whp.

Oh, and these stay on the wheels year round. We just had that blizzard here in Ohio like a week or so ago and I was driving just fine in the snow covered streets.

I generally don't recommend the KDW2. It's a decent enough summer tire, but not a good value. You can get similar performance for about half the price with the Kumho SPT and similar tires; or, you can spend the same money and get much better performance from tires like the Goodyear F1 GS-D3. And, as with any summer tire, I wouldn't use them in snow; that's a VERY BAD IDEA. (BFG and the Tire Rack do not recommend using them in snow, either.)

Why is it a bad idea? It's been working just for 3 winters now.

Good...that makes my decision for the RT615s very easy. I appreciate the insight

Because summer tires are generally terrible in snow and also in frigid cold. This is due to their tread patterns (with relatively large tread blocks, and patterns that tend to run circumferentially or diagonally, without the lateral tread grooves that are more effective on snow and ice) as well as their compounds (which tend to be soft at warmer temperatures, but hard at cold temperatures).

If you drove in significant snow back to back in the same car, between your summer tires and all-seasons (or, better yet, winter tires), it would be very, very easy to tell the difference; summer tires just don't grip anywhere near as well as tires designed to handle cold-weather conditions. You can see measurements of differences in performance between these different types of tires in the side-by-side comparison test that the Tire Rack did, here.

thanks nsxtasy for the info...that is why i just stick with all season tires like my ASX's...granted if i lived in Cali or Florida i can see the difference for using summer tires all year long, because it never snows or gets REALLY cold...also because i don't have deep enough pockets to have both and just swap them out as the weather changes ...thats why i said what i said goota...but it all depends on the OP

I definitely agree they probably don't grip as well as all season tires, but they do get you from point a to point b.

That depends on how much snow and ice you have. Beyond a certain point, they won't get you from point a to point b, when all-seasons still will. And you may reach that point when you're already underway; in snow, summer tires are MUCH more likely to lose traction and result in an accident. That's why USING SUMMER TIRES IN WINTER CONDITIONS IS A VERY BAD IDEA.
