I looked in the FAQ's still have questions. This is a new to me car 1995 Honda Civic EX, Production date 1/95. ECU 37820-P28-A02. The only connector that I can find near the ECU is Blue plug with a Black wire and a Brown wire? By the FAQs this is suppose to be the EK? Am I just not seeing this Grey connector? Would it be safe to try and use this plug and put a jumper wire in it to see if there are any codes? Any help would be great.

So I tried to jump that plug. The CEL stays on and does not go off till I remove the jumper wire. Also when the jumper wire is in the SRS light blinks? Any thoughts?
