Default b16 sedan issue

I did my timing belt yesterday bacause it was off about 4 teeth which i thought was the reason for my bogging issue. I did a new belt and tensioner and the single grove is lined up with the cover and the cams are both up and set correct and the car got worse. It only runs for a couple seconds missing really bad and dies out and will not pass 2500 rpms. I could really use some help on this its driving me nuts. again single mark on pully is lined with the mark oncover and both gears up and all. Dizzy on cyl #1? any help? anyone?

Ive done that already it runs a little better turned fully advanced almost like the timing is off but the gears and lower pully are lined up correctly. bottom pully is set to the single line with both cams set correctly.

when lower mark is even with single notch on the lower pully both cams are up with marks alligned. also dizzy was centered but it runs better pulled to one side which i dont get all marks are lined up.
