EGR Line / Valve, Insufficent flow.

Has anyone had this code before, and what does it take to rectify?

From what the code describes sounds like your EGR valve isn't getting enough flow, so it could be clogging up or a vacuum line could be torn or plugged. Look on here there's a thread about how to unclog the EGR ports from your intake manifold. That would be my best bet.

 

Well I took out the EGR Valve, and was pretty much covered in carbon. Sprayed a bottle of carn spray and scrapped it all out.

Seems to of worked as the CEL is now gone
