stock pistons and rods

What are the stock piston and rods good for in horse power like rods are good for so much and pistons so much anyone know

Some people swear on making huge numbers on stock components. It really just depends on the tune. Go look in the FI forum, there's plenty to read there.

ive heard there good for up to about 300hp. not 100% sure though.
