bypassing the FITV

Default bypassing the FITV

Im in the process of installing a p73 itr intake mani on my 2nd gen b16a i'll need to bypass my FITV...has anyone done this? and will my car run normal?

i used one of the fittings from an old tb and connected that 2 hoses with it. or if you have a long enough piece of hose just run it straight from the iacv to the block. and your car will idle a little high when its cold

It'll be just fine. Make a block off plate for where the valve used to go and just loop the hoses like speedooo suggested. easy enough.

yeah your car will run normal, everyone that has a Skunk2 or ITR has done it.
