Default Lip spoiler removal

I was wondering how hard it was to remove the lip spoiler from my Ex civic. Has anyone done it? I've seen some with Si's without their spoiler, I was curious.

the lip spoiler is put on with several bolts on the bottom...if you take it off be prepared to have the holes filled, bondo'd,sanded, painted.

The lip spoiler is the non si models (dx, lx, ex).

I think the lips look pretty cool, I always wondered what it would look like on a sedan though.

this is correct for i have experimented before.

2 bolts and 6 tabs for a total of 8 holes.

body shop quoted me for 250$ to paint my trunk NHBP. wasnt worth it to me so i put it back on.

if you want the spoilerless look, go my route....c/f trunk

not much of an issue as stated by the others its only held on by a couple of screws
covering the holes properly is the pitta, i have an ex and put an si spoiler (like the style) here are some pictures, dont have interior shots of the trunk sorry
