type r lip kit questions

-Is that a legit type r body kit?
-What do you look for in a good lip kit? Says 7 layer high quality fiberglass. Is that what you would ideally want?
-Is the Buy it now a good price, or can they be found elsewhere, possibly prepainted Satin Silver?

They are made of the same material OEM bumpers are made of. I believe it is poly urethane but I'm not 100% sure.
