Default 00 Si with B16A or B20B with B16 head?

Allright I currently own an EM1 with the stock B16 with CTR cams and a few bolt ons. I have been debating about a B20 VTEC for awhile now. For some of you with this motor experience, do you recommend changing from a B16 to a B20?
Im currently looking at a JDM B20B longblock for $500 and I allready have a JDM B16 head that I need to rebuild. I was thinking about just building the head and using the bottom end of the B20 without doing anything to it except of course tap it for VTEC, cause I dont really want to have to go through the B20 yet. So my Q is will this be worth it?
This is also my daily driver which I put about 1400 miles a month on. I wont really be racing it I just want something more torq'y than a B16.
Or should I just stay with me 160 hp B16 for now and spend the money elsewhere?
If I do just put in a stock B20 bottom and B16 head semi-built with CTR cams. What kind of #'s do you guys think I can expect. Im trying to see if I cant get away with leaving the bottom end stock and being happy with the power of the B20.
Does the USDM B16 A/C bracket bolt up to the B20? I would like to keep my A/C and power steering.
