Default H22a swap?

will an H22a fit into an integra engine bay without any cutting or rewelding? i would like to do an h22a turbod swap into a teg but am curious as to whether it is worth it or not? i know it doesn't handle that great but i will do everything i can to help that out and it isnt going to be a daily driver anyways.

what do you think...it is either that or turbo ls
