Default rear si disk brake

I own a 2000 civic dx, I know the dx disk are different size from si disk brake.

Well I was wondering could I down grade the disk brake on the si to the same size as dx, so it wouldn't throw the balance off when I do rear disk conversion.

Don't feel like spending more money to buy ex front spindle and caliper.

The rear disc diameter is 9.4" and the stock DX brake diameter is 9.5"

I was thinking of keeping my front dx brake and put on si rear disk because they are almost the same size so it wouldn't be unbalance.

booster should be fine, what is important is the proportioning valve, you have to figure out which one you have and which one you need it should have #'s on it like 4040, 3030, or 4030

Why are you doing a rear disc conversion?

My question was why are you doing it, not what are you doing.
